Job Title: Temporary Weekend Receptionist

Contract Details: Temporary, Part Time
Rate: £12.00ph - Saturday hours 9-5 / Sunday hours 11-4

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Greet customers, ensure their needs are understood, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and packages.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure it presents a positive and welcoming image.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Experience working in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of auto dealership systems and software.
