You will manage complex insolvency and restructuring cases, including administrations, liquidations, and corporate recovery processes, while providing strategic guidance to clients facing financial distress.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in insolvency law and corporate restructuring.
- Strong expertise in advising on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
- Proven ability to manage complex restructuring projects and insolvency proceedings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a client-focused approach
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to business development initiatives
- Keen to get involved in business development and marketing of the department.
