Role: Meeting & Event Sales Manager
Location: Slough
Salary / Rate of pay: From £17.00 per hour
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular hotel in Slough and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Meeting & Event Sales Manager to start on immediate basis for an ongoing temporary placement.

What's involved?
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for meetings, conferences, and events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct site inspections and create tailored proposals for clients
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are met
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions
What is needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in hotel sales, preferably in meeting and event sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Immediately available with no prior commitments such as holiday or notice period
- Have the right to work in the UK
