Operations Coordinator | Hybrid |£15.38ph - 6 month contract possibilty of permanent contract.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be:

  • Processing incoming audit applications and maintaining accurate records
  • Logging planned audits and tracking timelines across the central schedule
  • Liaising with auditors and clients to confirm availability and coordinate assignments
  • Preparing and distributing audit documentation packs
  • Supporting internal teams and maintaining clear communication throughout

As an Operations Coordinator, your skills and experience will include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in scheduling or coordination roles (audit or certification sector a plus)
  • Awareness of Cognito Forms is desirable but not essential
