Plot Sales Conveyancer
£30k with hybrid working

The Role:
As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you will handle various functions from preparing plot sale paperwork to managing settlement procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and negotiating sales documentation.
- Completing financial tasks and documentation.
- Handling settlement and registration procedures.
- Managing client reports and meetings.
- Conducting conveyancing searches.
- Dealing with incoming calls and post.
- Using their plots case management system and other software tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality, accurate service to clients.
- Manage client expectations effectively.
- Attend team briefings and participate in training and self-development.
- Mentor other staff as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Conveyancer or in Plot Sales is preferred.
- Ability to manage your own caseload without administrative support.
- IT literate and able to follow firm policies.
- Willingness to attend courses and seminars, sometimes outside office hours.
