What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of our client's business. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support services to professional and management staff. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling meetings, arranging travel, creating documents using various software tools, and ensuring all documents produced adhere to established standards. Additionally, you will process expenses, book meetings, and format documentation. Your ability to work in a consultative and collaborative manner with the team will be crucial for success in this role.
