Front of House Assistant

Work with us at one our client's luxury student accommodation sites in Falmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and exciting industry. You will be responsible for promoting this stylish new building and networking with local students to achieve 100% occupancy. It is a beautiful, modern and vibrant site that offers impressive facilities, and you would be the voice and beating heart of the brand.

It is working 15 hours per week working

  • Wednesday 17:00pm - 22:00pm
  • Saturday 14:00pm - 19:00pm

Key Tasks

  • Conducting tours and viewings of the property
  • Responding to all new enquiries through all mediums, including emails, online chat and phone calls ensuring that these are answered within a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local universities and sending regular marketing materials and availability updates
  • Conduct regular leaflet drops throughout the town and encourage visitors to the site
  • Follow up on all interest and ensure that all sales opportunities are explored
  • Process new applications within timescales given
  • Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to potential residents.
  • Keep up to date with competitor activities.

Knowledge and Skills

  • A friendly and welcoming approach and the ability to cooperate well with all students and clients in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
  • Great skills with Social media, being able to post adverts and stream online on all used social media platforms.
  • Excellent rapport building abilities.
  • Sales focussed and highly proactive approach.
  • High standards of dress and presentation.
  • Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Good administrative skills and the ability to use emails, phones and various systems.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
