Your new role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
