Our client, a well-established maintenance company, is seeking a
Service Coordination Administrator
to join their dynamic team in
Crawley on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the scheduling team in coordinating drivers for live and planned maintenance jobs, ensuring efficient routing and time management.
- Update job orders and maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Assist with general office duties, manage office inventory, and place orders to maintain essential supplies.
- Work with vendors to support facilities maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in service coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a busy, reactive setting.
- Bubbly, charismatic, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
What's on Offer:
- Salary up to £26,000pa DOE
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm schedule with a 1-hour lunch break
- Full time, Office Based
- 6-month contract
