The Role of the Quotations Support Engineer
- Handle incoming sales calls
- Take notes and pass to relevant Sales Engineer
- Provide quotations to customers
- Select and provide Technical Specs for Ancillary Equipment
- Produce Draft Quote templates as required
- Produce Draft Costings
- Evaluate Export Enquiries and administer/distribute where relevant
- Maintain technical files
- Ensure enquiries are logged and distributed effectively internally to either Sales or Engineering
- Liaise with sales order processing as required
- Attend sales meetings as required
- Attend technical meetings as required
