The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving multi-national corporate finance firm that advises business of all sizes on a variety of strategic situations including M&A, debt advisory and restructuring. The Associate will participate in a wide range of lead advisory transactions, and will be responsible for preparing commercial analysis, business plans, financial models and presentations for clients.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA with experience at a "Big 4" audit/accounting practice, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, who is seeking a long-term career in corporate finance. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will also ideally have exposure to deals, M&A and/or transaction advisory.
