Grafton Banks Finance is currently partnering with a well-established client based in Bexhill who is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who is available at short notice and keen to contribute to a busy finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process a high volume of supplier invoices in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Support with finance administration and project tasks.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Available on short notice
