Do you pride yourself on your organisation and communication skills? A confident communicator with prior experience in B2C collections, arrears or Credit management?

We are working with a long-standing business in the Redhill area who are looking for a forward thinking individual to join their Finance & Compliance team.

In this role you will be responsible for rent collections for several accounts. It will be a varied roles utilising a number of transferable skills and day to day could include:

  • Processing payments
  • Discussing outstanding rent arrears via telephone, email, and face to face interactions
  • Inputting and processing credit notes
  • Monthly rent reports
  • Dealing with enquiries for rent and payments
  • Ensuring all documents are allocated and logged correctly

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely organised
  • Brilliant attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
  • A calm and understanding manner
  • Confidence to deal with customer queries

This could be a perfect role for someone with prior experience working in property lettings, rent collections or credit control in a B2C manner in an industry such as lettings, charity, property, or utilities.
