REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established Archaeologyorganisation for a HR Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience within HR administration.
As an HR Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Check, approve, and chase employee weekly timesheets, recording overtime and driving time for payroll purposes.
- Administer the recruitment processes from application to appointment, including candidate management, liaising with recruitment teams to manage shortlisting, interviews, and induction processes.
- Provide general ad-hoc HR administrative support within the HR team as required.
- Maintain organised and methodical administration and record-keeping.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation.
