Sales Negotiator Estate Agent - £35,000 - £45,0000 ++++ based in Addlestone, Surrey
The successful candidate will be required to:
- To sell properties & additional services at the agreed targets
- Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical, and administrative systems
- To understand the company values and implement them positively each day
- To attract vendors and applicants
- Always ensure high quality customer care
- Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards
- Generate viewings and offers
- Negotiate offers to agreed deals
- Achieve personal and individual activity targets
- Generate listing opportunities
- Collate own and daily, weekly, and monthly figures to highlight performance
- Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
- Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards
