On behalf of a local family run business, we are looking for a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified with proven experience, ready to develop their role within an expanding operation. Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, providing a clear financial direction for the company.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Complete monthly and annual financial reports to maintain accurate financial records.
- Operate the weekly payroll and pension schemes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Present all necessary documentation for the Annual Account Audit.
- Collaborate with Directors on current business operations and future developments.
- Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional tasks related to HR and Quality Management as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- AAT qualification or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of SAGE50 and full responsibility for managing the accounts department.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive approach with the ability to introduce innovative ideas and processes to advance and improve operations.
