Part Time Property Manager
North London
£45,000 pro rata
A well-established, independent property management company based North West London are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their busy team. This is a fully office based role, suitable for candidates looking to work flexible hours (eg 10am to 4pm or 9.30am - 3.30pm) Monday - Friday.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property management and possess strong IT skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of a high end residential property portfolio
- Property maintenance management
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Organising, managing and overseeing refurbishment works
- Handling property insurance details
- Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears
- Maintaining an updated property file
- Paying purchase invoices
- Use of MS Packages / PropMan software
Skills Required:
- 3-4 years experience in property management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills
