Night Depot Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee daily depot operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Implement strategies to improve performance and meet objectives
- Coordinate and supervise the logistics team to achieve targets
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations
- Regularly report on depot performance and progress towards goals
- Develop and foster a positive and collaborative working environment
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes
- Continually assess and improve operational procedures as needed
Profile
A successful Night Depot Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Retail sector
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- An understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in the use of logistics software
- Logistics distribution and supply chain experience
