Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 4.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, in keeping with the school's ethos
- Support the academic and personal development of students, ensuring individual progress is tracked and encouraged.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and the senior leadership team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
Primary School Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally with Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is a plus).
- A commitment to uphold and promote the school's ethos.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
