Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with profound, severe, and complex learning difficulties, including ASD, in their daily activities and learning.
- Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring students' comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized education plans (EHCPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

Requirements:
- The right to work in the UK.
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is preferred.
- Willingness to provide personal care assistance, including toileting and feeding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
- Hold an enhanced child only DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
