Temporary Part Time Administrator

Our St Albans based client is looking for a temporary part-time Administrator to join a small and friendly team within the charity sector. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, ideally within the charity sector with excellent attention to detail.

This is a temporary part time opportunity, starting ASAP and for a period of 3 to 4 weeks, possibly longer and offers a pay rate of £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

The working hours are 9.30am to 4pm with 30 minutes lunch break, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and a 100% office-based role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team with HR and Recruitment administration tasks
  • Answering the main phone line and handling sensitive and sometimes distressing calls
  • Monitoring of emails in the main company Inbox

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience within the charity sector
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent MS Office skills
  • Understanding of the wellbeing needs of people with mental health needs.
