- They currently have a vacancy for a Head of Brand to the strategy and marketing team across on the UK's favourite brands
- The brands have been on a transformational journey over the past 5 years, entering new categories and evolving their positioning!
The role:
- We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Brand to drive brand plans and strategy to ensure delivery of growth
- Full responsibility for strategic planning, marketing activation, innovation and developing the Marketing Vision across this brand
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of 4 direct reports
- Live and breathe the brand vision acting as a key strategic and commercial brand owner in the business
Ideal candidate:
- Classically trained marketer with experience within a branded FMCG environment operating at a senior marketing level
- Strong experience of working cross-functionally and leading an organisation to work to one growth agenda
- Evidence of developing strong brand strategies as well as delivering plans to execute them
- Excellent leadership experience across both of people and strategies
- Experience operating in a full marketing mix capacity is essential
- A commercially and analytically aware individual, comfortable developing and presenting business case, turning data into recommendations
- Experience of brand P&L value management experience, able to demonstrate good commercial judgement is a must
