Experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer required on a 3-month temp contract covering a large patch of housing stock in Liverpool with hourly rates up to £24ph.
Your new role
- Investigation and resolution of ASB, tenancy breaches, hate crime, domestic abuse and other complex cases
- Prepare pre-court paperwork, court applications, witness statements and all other relevant paperwork/documentation
- Attendance & representation at evictions and court hearings.
- Visiting victims, perpetrators and witnesses, ensuring evidence is collected, and thorough statements are taken that can stand up to legal scrutiny.
- Responding to queries & complaints from councillors, customers and key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a tenancy enforcement/community safety role within housing
- Good knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy/housing management including ASB, crime and disorder, compliance and best practice
- Experience of attendance and representation at court, taking witness statements and preparing legal documentation
- Awareness of best practice in safeguarding adults & children
