As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Performance team. Your primary focus will be developing commercial analysis of our customer portfolio to support value-creating initiatives. You will partner closely with the Finance, Customer, and Sales teams to build data-driven commercial recommendations that align with our key growth strategies.
The Role :
- Interrogate our customer data, building out segmentation analysis based on specific customer characteristics.
- Work with customer data, develop scenario analysis to enable key commercial decisions to be made in delivering commercial strategies,
- Build reporting requirements, and maintain a constant assessment of commercial performance, with the ability to identify required actions to drive successful outcomes
- Deliver commercial recommendations to senior management across the business in a digestible and thought provoking, illustrating rigour and commercial acumen
- Hold regular forums with key stakeholders to ensure actions are delivered to achieve desired outcomes
Essential:
- Excellent commercial acumen; the ability to look beyond the data
- Outcome orientated; experience in manipulating data to drive commercial decisions
- Confident when communicating and influencing across a wide stakeholder network
- Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically
- A collaborator with the ability to build strong stakeholder networks across the business.
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
Desirable:
- Experience of SQL
- Experience of working with Salesforce
