Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing organisation near Maidstone?!
Our client, is currently seeking a Production Operative to join their dynamic team. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for production, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Taking buckets of ingredients from the conveyor belt and ensuring they are stacked onto pallets efficiently.
- Reading and understanding ingredient specifications, and accurately mixing them to meet production requirements.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, such as organising stock and maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, ensuring that production targets are met.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and standing for long periods.
