Finance Manager

An established family business within the Construction Sector is looking to hire a sole charge Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working in the South-East London offices 5 days a week and reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Manager will:

Duties of the Finance Manager Role:

  • Oversee transactional Accounting including Purchase and Sales Ledger
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Engage with the external firm of Chartered Accountants for any VAT or Payroll inquiries
  • Produce accurate project costings
  • Submit CIS returns.
  • Process and reconcile company credit cards and expenses.
  • Ad-hoc Office Management duties

Requirements of the Finance Manager Role:

  • AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience
  • Experience working within the Construction sector
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills
