An established family business within the Construction Sector is looking to hire a sole charge Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working in the South-East London offices 5 days a week and reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Manager will:
Duties of the Finance Manager Role:
- Oversee transactional Accounting including Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Engage with the external firm of Chartered Accountants for any VAT or Payroll inquiries
- Produce accurate project costings
- Submit CIS returns.
- Process and reconcile company credit cards and expenses.
- Ad-hoc Office Management duties
Requirements of the Finance Manager Role:
- AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience
- Experience working within the Construction sector
- Good Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills
