Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate tax reviews for all audit clients
- Develop strong working knowledge in R&D to become the firm's specialist and support clients with their ongoing needs
- Support with corporate tax restructuring and tax due diligence
- Assist in the preparation of research and development tax credit claims
- Identify planning and advisory opportunities
- Handle ad-hoc queries from the wider firm as needed
- Manage EIS/SEIS advanced assurance for qualifying trades, including the new KIC status, and oversee the completion of EIS 1, 2, and 3 forms
- Oversee reporting for Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) schemes
- Manage ATED in-year notifications and year-end reporting
- Serve as the firm's go-to specialist for deferred tax matters
- Assist with technical VAT queries and the implications of corporate restructures
- Stay informed on the latest tax legislation, ensuring clients are updated on any changes that may affect their tax status
- Set an example as a hands-on and supportive member of the team, reviewing junior work and delivering training
- Champion your own career development by undertaking further learning opportunities where possible

The Ideal Candidate
- ATT / CTA qualified or currently studying
- Experience in corporate/business tax compliance within practice
- Good knowledge of tax advisory, with the ability to identify and develop advisory opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues while aligning with the firm's core values
- Proficient in identifying and executing tax planning strategies
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
