This role is an amazing opportunity to work in a stunning venue set in the beautiful countryside of Surrey surrounded by woodland and formal gardens. This Receptionist role is perfect for someone with at least a years' experience working on reception who is looking for a fantastic full-time role
The shifts are 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
The salary on offer in this fantastic Receptionist role is up to £27,000 dependent on experience plus the opportunity to earn additional income in tips.
What will I be doing in the Receptionist role?:
- You will be working within a strong team providing important customer interaction - via telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Greeting people, fully checking-in and checking-out guests, taking payments, assisting the reservations department with bookings, and ensuring the best guest experience from the first point of contact.
- Striving for excellence, you will ensure that every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish.
- You will ensure first class presentation, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and have a friendly personality.
- Continuously working to develop your skills through our outstanding training and development schemes to further your career.
