About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Administrator to join our client's team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to across the site. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Record and investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide support and advice to staff on health and safety issues.
  • Coordinate health and safety training programs for employees.
  • Prepare and submit health and safety reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a health and safety role or similar administrative position.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
