Role location: Croydon, London
Spec:
- Issue management and responding to issues raised by existing Home Office teams and tooling.
- Triage and root cause analysis of issues.
- Remediation of issues through configuration or data changes.
- Remediation of issues through code fixes and bug fixes delivered through existing processes and pipelines.
- Management of production as well as non-production instances of services.
- Service improvement work to reduce the effort of support for the platform, as prioritised.
- Continuous improvement work, as prioritised.
- Support of existing development and delivery teams.
- Ongoing knowledge transition of an evolving platform to facilitate future support.
- All required transitions of service support between both PA teams and resources, as well as other suppliers and internal Home Office teams.
Technical skills requirements for developers and support engineers:
