Customer & Market Insights Manager

Location: Maidenhead

12 Month Contract term

37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

  • Lead strategic customer and market insights for the UK and Ireland Speciality & Rare Business Units.
  • Provide decision support through market research, performance analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Assist in short- and long-term forecasting of volume, revenue, and demand.
  • Support business units with strategic initiatives, data analysis, and market research.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop business partnerships and processes within the UKI Customer & Market Insights (CMI) team.
  • Collaborate with key business functions to ensure decisions are based on data and insights.
  • Lead UKI CMI strategic insight processes.
  • Develop performance indicators for brand and execution initiatives.
  • Promote best practices in CMI processes across the UKI affiliate.
  • Work with above-market teams on business reporting and data requirements.
  • Provide modelling support for tenders and product launches.

Strategic Forecasting and Analytics:

  • Assist with budget modelling and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Innovate and advance analytical methods for better decision-making.
  • Partner with management to address key business issues and opportunities based on insights.
  • Contribute to business reviews, annual planning, forecasts, and integrated customer planning for Biosimilars.
  • Offer leadership recommendations during business reviews.

Market Research / Competitor Intelligence:

  • Implement market research with input from local and above-market insights.
  • Identify and address local research needs.
  • Assess and report on brand and market performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain local market performance trackers.

Project Execution:

  • Manage projects with key stakeholders, including continuous improvement and business development projects across various functions like CMI, D&A, Medical, Marketing, etc.
