We are currently working with a large primary school in the South Leeds area who are currently recruiting for a year 2 teacher to join their team- the position will be commencing September 2024, until the end of the academic year with a possibility of a direct contract. Motivated and enthusiastic ECTs will also be considered for this year 2 teacher role as well as experienced teachers.
The school is looking for a dedicated year 2 teacher ideally with SATs experience.
CPD is provided throughout as the SLT in this school are very supportive.
As a year 2 teacher you will ideally have the ability to make differentiated lessons,creative and engaging for all abilities as well as have:
- Educated to degree level and QTS
- A high passion for teaching and working with children who have excellent expectations for attainment and behaviour
- Self-motivated and determined to do well
- Year 2 Sats experience
- Secure understanding of differentiation to challenge children of all abilities
