Property Manager – Duties
- Handle incoming enquiries from Landlords and tenants
- Proactively respond to maintenance and schedule necessary repairs
- Liaise with Landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure timely completion of repair works
- Notify utility companies of tenant changeovers at the point of move in and out
- General Lettings administration and ensuring managed properties remain compliant
Property Manager – Experience Needed
- Previous residential lettings experience is essential
- Previous experience in working in customer service and/or administration
- Strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work as part of a team but also self-motivate to work independently when needed
- Be exceptionally organised and able to prioritise
- Comfortable in liaising with the general public and able to build a good rapport with others
