You will undertake property surveys, including measured surveys identifying remedial works required. Managing contractors to deliver a range of projects including kitchen, bathroom, roofing, rendering, windows, doors, structural, environmental, communal, building safety, compliance, insulation upgrades including new heating systems etc To supervise projects and ensure they are completed in accordance with specifications, schedules of work & current statutory regulations and the Organisations policies and procedures. You will supervise works on site in accordance with the contract documents / THG requirements, to ensure that projects are carried out to the required standard, safely, on time and within budget.
