**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Search, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports using data analytics tools like GA4 to drive continuous improvement.
**What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing paid ads on platforms such as Meta, Google, Search, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 or similar tools to monitor and optimize performance.
- A creative and results-driven approach to digital marketing.
