Job Description:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism.
- Complete general administration tasks.
- Reply to emails.
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and manage the CRM database.
