As a Sales/Leasing Consultant, you will:
- Produce new listings through outbound calling.
- Perform market appraisals/valuations together with the homeowner/landlord.
- Take photographs and prepare the properties for advertising.
- Arrange, conduct viewings, and match clients to potential properties.
- Negotiate offers between the buyer and seller.
We're on the lookout for a professional with:
- A full UK or international driver's licence.
- Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience, but not necessary.
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
- Strong will and determination.
- Ideally outbound calling experience
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
