About the Role

The L&D Coordinator team supports the day to day delivery of the firm's L&D professional and personal development programmes and L&D curriculum. Responsibilities include

  • day-to-day coordination and workload management of the L&D Coordinator administration team.
  • ensuring team processes are performed in line with the agreed standards.
  • management of the team, including regular 121s and Check-Ins.
  • working closely with team members, providing advice and support to guide and achieve efficient delivery of the team's regular tasks and programmes.
  • ensuring all processes are clearly documented and constantly reviewed to make sure they remain effective and fit for purpose.
  • working collaboratively with L&D Advisors, L&D Managers and external training suppliers to ensure the delivery of regular tasks and programmes within appropriate timescales.
  • supporting the Talent Acquisition & Development Support Manager with relevant projects as required, including the implementation of Workday to Learning & Development activity.
  • Travel to CMS London and regional offices as required by the role.

  • Supervisory/Team Leader experience.

  • Can demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage the delivery of multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with the team's internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
