Senior Bookkeeper
The client is a well established and growing firm of Accountants, now seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper. The client portfolio includes a range from OMBs to Limited Companies.
Responsibilities:
- A full range of bookkeeping duties
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Prepare management accounts
- Lots of client interaction
About you:
- Experience of working in accountancy practice and knowledge of UK accounting practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Xero - knowledge other accounting software such as QuickBooks would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under own initiative, but to also delegate as required. Will be required to work with and help to develop junior staff
Salary:
The salary band of £32,000 - £40,000 has been set by Fletcher George as a guide. There is also a generous benefits package.
