My client is a leading private healthcare provider based in Central London. They have a requirement for a qualified and experienced Project Accountant to join there busy finance team
This role provides the opportunity to step into a collaborative Finance Team and involves producing, value-add financial information and supporting the management accounting team within the finance function
Key Duties
- Build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Provide insights on various financial issues in particular material items.
- Work with the commercial team in developing strategic insights.
- Review financial performance of various ongoing projects and providing recommendations on areas improvement is required.
- Ensure a first-class control framework is in place for each project.
- Oversight of the balance sheet and various contract related balances.
- Work closely with department leads during the planning and forecast stage of a project.
- Recommend any changes in current practices to ensure business continues to perform in the medium-long term.
Ideal Candidate
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- The ability to work with various deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
