Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with professionals from various agencies to assess and analyze information regarding child protection concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing expert recommendations for intervention and support.
- Work within statutory guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of child protection.
- Engage with families, building rapport to understand their needs and challenges.
- Contribute to the effective operation of the MASH, sharing information and insights to enhance the decision-making process.
About You:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
