Role responsibilities
- As the Scheme Events Team Leader, you will be managing an existing team of Administrators and responsible for providing a professional, high quality service to your clients and their members
- Plan, control and monitor BAU projects, large and small, and ensure reports are produced within agreed deadlines
- Work with the Administration Manager and team to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coach, mentor and drive colleague training, development and team performance
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in dealing with DC and/or DB occupational schemes
- Prior experience of managing a team or experience of mentoring / training within a pensions administration environment, would be beneficial
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your tasks and those of your team
