HR and Payroll Advisor needed to join a 5 person HR team to both manage a 400 staff monthly payroll and support the team on teh HR side, from administrative to some project work.
Salary: £28,000
Working Hours: M-F, full time

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR and Payroll Advisor to join our dynamic team of five. As a vital member of our HR department, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR and payroll operations within our organisation.
Key Duties:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including benefits deductions, maternity/paternity leave, sickness, and overtime calculations
- Act as the main point of contact for pension companies and HMRC
- Produce all necessary payroll forms and documentation
- Stay updated with new policies and procedures related to payroll and HR
- Assist with recruitment processes, employee relations, on-boarding, and exit interviews
- Conduct meetings for absence and sickness reviews, as well as maternity and paternity discussions
Person Specification:
- Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Qualifications: CIPD qualification or relevant experience in HR
- Flexibility: Adaptable and flexible in approach to work
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
