Reed Financial Services are seeking a dedicated Wealth Management Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support, the optimisation of client relationships and the smooth daily operation for a Financial Services institution. This role is integral to enhancing our client-facing strategy and delivering a first-class experience to their clients.

Day to day of the role:

  • Maintain compliance of all stationery and Practice literature.
  • Handle queries from clients and other parties with effective communication.
  • Contribute to the business's client-facing strategy by promoting and enhancing one-to-one interactions.
  • Prepare client meeting files, including compliance documentation, and provide client/adviser support.
  • Support various departments within the Practice, including the Management team.
  • Ensure adherence to the end-to-end business process and track it efficiently in line with Practice and regulatory standards.
  • Keep accurate records of all client contact.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to Practice clients.
  • Engage in ad hoc project work and other reasonable tasks as required by the Business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office support/administration role.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation is desirable.
  • Experience with client management systems such as Salesforce is desirable.
  • Excellent client interaction skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
  • Calm and effective under pressure with conflicting demands.
  • Positive attitude and open to change with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
