About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and
experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Manager
to join our clients team in Banbury. This senior role involves overseeing the entire warehouse function, ensuring that all procedures, activities, and day-to-day operations, including health and safety, adhere to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee and improve warehouse procedures and activities.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 direct reports.
- Act as a hands-on manager, setting a strong example for all colleagues.
Requirements:
- Solid previous experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
