Showroom & Admin Advisor

Showroom & Admin Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Greet visitors and guide them through the showroom.
  • Manage leads via phone, email, and in-person. Schedule appointments for designers.
  • Support designers during customer presentations and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Answer phones and direct queries to the right person.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge (e.g., Neff, Sheraton).

Admin:

  • Manage calendars, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate fitting schedules and communicate with customers and fitters.
  • Handle supplier communication and deliveries.
  • Organize thank you cards, flowers, and general office tasks.
  • Process payments and monitor banking transactions.
  • Assist with customer paperwork and IT issues.
  • Keep records of invoices and promotions up to date.

Finance:

  • Enter customer sales into Xero.
  • Check sales reports for accuracy.
  • Maintain project margins and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Send receipts, VAT invoices, and payment confirmations.

Marketing:

  • Update website with photos, testimonials, and promotions.
  • Help organize events like open evenings or coffee mornings.
  • Assist with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Encourage customer reviews and manage advertising schedules.

General Housekeeping:

  • Ensure showroom is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Follow opening/closing procedures.
  • Manage sample and brochure inventory.
  • Keep coffee machine clean and offer refreshments to visitors.

After Sales:

  • Handle customer issues and provide support for designers and project managers.

Training:

  • Attend training for Neff, Omega, Daval, Stone Systems, Cosentino, and other products.

Experience and Skills:

  • Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and a good team player.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 2 Saturdays a month with a weekday off.
