Role Overview
My client is seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE to join its collaborative and friendly Partner led team in Maidenhead.
Key Responsibilities
As a subject matter expert, you will handle:
- Divorce: Manage divorce proceedings and related issues
- Financial Disputes: Address financial disputes arising from family breakdowns
- Children: Handle child custody and related matters
- Agreements: Manage financial, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements, especially those involving international links and assets
- Cohabitation Disputes: Resolve disputes under TOLATA and Schedule 1
- Civil Partnerships & Injunctions: Oversee civil partnership dissolutions and injunction applications
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Experience: Has 4+ years' PQE in family law
