A well-established Commercial Real Estate Agency in North West London is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Negotiator to join their accomplished team. Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Negotiator:
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease execution.
- Arrange and carry out viewings.
- Negotiate favourable lease agreements and renewals in alignment with market trends and rental rates.
- Collaborate with wider team to maximise success.
- Proactively monitor leasing activity and vacancies across the London area to grow business and drive performance and success.
Required Skills for the Commercial Negotiator:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Real Estate Negotiator.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with previous experience of the London market.
- Ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative.
- Proven fee earner.
In return you will receive an annual salary of up to £40,000.
