EUC Manager / Desktop Support Team Lead

End User Computing (EUC) Manager
to oversee desktop services and lead the delivery of new applications in one of the largest automotive service distributors. This role is ideal for someone with strong desktop troubleshooting experience and a passion for driving service improvement.
As the EUC Manager, you'll head up a team of two Desktop Support Analysts, guiding them to provide excellent customer-focused service while continuously improving operations. You'll collaborate with other tech teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery and support. Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead the EUC team to maintain and improve service delivery across the business.
- Take charge of desktop deployment, application tools, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and mentor your team, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment.
- Ensure smooth project transitions from development to operational teams.
What You Bring

- Leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to mentor a team.
- Experience in troubleshooting end-user devices, along with expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy.

Salary
: £50,000 - £55,000 with up to 15% personal performance bonus and 33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
