Working with a fast paced, growing business this role will involve the following duties:
- Chasing overdue debt
- Producing Sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with customers, dealing with queries in a professional manner.
- Allocating payments when payment is received.
- Dealing with queries in relation to sales invoices.
- Following appropriate credit control procedure for unrecoverable debts.
Key skills:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own and in a team.
Working in Attleborough, Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm.
